Growing up a disenfranchised youth in the inner-city of Washington DC, Pastor Michelle has always been dedicated to helping families in her community.  She has spent many years shaping their lives with useful programming crafted to the needs of their strengths with an emphasis on healing their trauma.

Her most treasured project was establishing a young girls leadership program "Are You An Esther" a program she ran for 7 years helping to shape the leadership journeys of some promising program hopefuls.

   

While engaged in this work the greater need was to connect the young ladies to causes they cared about, and in the end a celebration of their achievements with a social tea event to which we would culminate their journeys to lead a charge in their very own communities.

Due to the challenges of a Worldwide pandemic which highlighted a new demand for racial equity and inclusion Pastor Michelle felt it necessary to take the conversation steps further, by hosting an event with likeminded changemakers who are on the ground floor and already making a difference in a tangible way.
